I am very grateful to Erin! On my first visit she introduced me to EFT tapping I had heard about it but never knew the details. It is very easy and so helpful. During our first session I felt that a weight was lifted and I noticed it changed my mood. Ever since my first visit, I use it every day. It helps change my emotions so easily and discreetly. Sometimes heavier emotions require more effort, or finding the right affirmations. I have shared it with my closest friends and now they are doing it too! I would have loved to have had it as a part of my life sooner, but for now, I have to start where I am at.
