I’ve known Jennifer for many years! She has helped me, my family, and my friends overcome problems ranging from smoking, weight loss, moving past bad relationships, sleep problems, anger issues, trauma and self-esteem problems, and anxiety. One of the neatest things Jennifer helped me do was to program my mind to heal faster before and after major surgery. She also just helped a close friend of mine overcome a major issue that was triggered by the changes in our world as a result of the virus; she did the session completely online as well! I was a bit skeptical when I booked an appointment with Jen because I wasn’t sure if hypnosis would “work” for me. I went into our appointment with an open mind and walked out a new woman. Hypnosis is not a one time deal, it requires w.o.r.k but Jen makes it easy, realistic & very fulfilling. I’ve been doing Jen’s program since late January and am proud of my results thus far, I’m excited to see how the rest of this year will pan out as I continue on with the tools that have been laid out specifically for me.
