ReNae is one of the best breathwork practitioners I’ve ever had the pleasure of receiving from. She has a loving pure spirit that was clearly destined to help heal others. Her voice is simply angelic and her wise words and guidance during the session help you go deeper into the practice. Her curated playlists are also something extremely special that stand out from other practitioners. The words in the songs she chooses always resonate so heavily with what I’m working through, that I always have a profound experience. From beginning to end, the way she holds space is pure magic for transformation.

Incredible! This Breath Work experience was amazing. It truly is a journey, not simply to attain specific goals, but as a journey of discovery. During this experience I was able to release long held emotions and negative beliefs, and to glimpse the universe and all its (and my) possibilities.
