I am a psychiatric nurse (BSN, RN). Pattie is professional and skilled in reaching the depths of hypnosis so that I could deal with the problems of smoking and weight loss. I have using new mental programming lost 58 pounds. After this success I felt with a 23 year smoking habit. I am now smoke free after 3 sessions. I don't have any temptation for any in smoking, and the weight has not returned. My insurance rates are lower. I feel great. This was my salvation.

Bringing balance back into my life and helping me finally see what kind of great future I can make for myself is amazing. Truly greatful. She takes time to listen and talk, and if you're worried about it, don't. It's not like the hypnosis acts you see where they make you do funny things in front of everyone. This is therapy, very comfortable professional setting, and you feel great afterwards.
