Kate is a gifted, intuitive therapist who I feel very fortunate to have known for close to three decades. My latest sessions with her have helped me tremendously with trauma based anxiety and PTSD that had left me feeling stuck, unmotivated and overwhelmed with the many challenges of a widow and single parent.
