He started several restaurants in the Southwest. he has extended a new restaurant called India's Flame in downtown Arizona. We visited The Dhaba and both ordered chicken curry, but they accidentally brought us lamb instead. After we gave them feedback, they kindly brought us the correct chicken curry — great customer service! We also added garlic naan on the side, which was soft and flavorful. Everything we ordered was really delicious. Would definitely come back for more!.

Amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious—full of rich flavors and perfectly spiced. The service was outstanding; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely one of the best Indian restaurants in town! Can’t wait to come back.

INDIA'S FLAME REVIEWS

Great atmosphere, friendly people, accommodating to needs, and delicious food. The portions seemed slightly smaller than I’m used to at many places and ended up ordering more food. The prices are a little on the higher side. Most places these days the prices have gone up so it may not be too abnormal. The vegan options were good and are typical of most Indian restaurants.

The atmosphere was so clean and formal that I almost felt out of place compared to other indian buffets. The food variety is larger than the competition with multiple chutneys, garlic naan, and chai tea. The service actually existed unlike other locations I have visited. The only con was that most meats had bones which is a personal pet peeve that may be a pro to others.

One of the best Indian restaurants I have had the pleasure of dining at. I can't wait to go back.

BAHAARA INDIAN KITCHEN REVIEWS

We went back to Bahaara in Chandler and honestly, it was even better this time! The food was incredibly flavorful — full of amazing tastes and really fresh. You can tell they’ve put extra care into their dishes. The service has also stepped up since our first visit — everyone was friendly, quick, and made us feel welcome. Loved the small details too — they even brought wet towels for our hands at the end, which was such a nice touch. Definitely becoming one of our favorite go-to spots!.

My husband and I stopped in to Bahaara this afternoon after shopping at the Chandler mall and boy are we glad we did!! First of all, the restaurant is beautifully designed - from the decor to the cutlery - everything is thoughtful & elegant. Our waiter was attentive & helped us make choices from the menu. We ordered the Rogan Josh and some tandoori as well as the garlic naan and saffron rice- and all was EXCELLENT. Seriously top notch flavors, we were blown away. If you’re near by or even if you’re not and you’re hankering for authentic Indian flavors- do not sleep on this place!! We will be back for sure.

This is the first time coming here and been introduced to the Wonderful Indian food by an acquaintance. I did not know what to expect, but this restaurant blew away all of my expectations. It was very delicious and they explicitly respected my request for the food to be mild in spices. I highly recommend it.
