Walter saved my day!! I was in a pickle for some reason insurance cards were not in the vehicles for which I was renewing license. Thinking they may not be needed - off to the Deputy Registra's Office. However, the Deputy wanted them especially since one vehicle had not been renewed for four - yes 4 years! In a panic I called Steve Rider's Office and Walter answered. Walter offered to have copies ready for pickup in 10 minutes. Responded could not leave and to have a messenger deliver - that would take to long. Walter then said he could send the copies to my phone. I received the cards and supporting documents by the time Walter said if you need anything else, call me. Whether I talk with Walter or another person in Steve Rider's Office, I have always received exceptional customer care! I like the fact that the people are professional yet human! They will talk with you. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to your needs. Steve Rider's Office handles our personal and companies policies about 24 total and have spent hours covering items with me. I highly recommend Steve Rider's state farm insurance The company that goes above and beyond the standard service to provide exceptional customer care.

I met with Sky with lots of questions about my policies. He took the time and went line by line to make sure I understood everything. By the time we were done my comfort level was so much better. Never at any point did he try to upsell me on something but giving me good advice regarding certain things.
