I've always liked using StateFarm, feels like people answer the phone rather than automated phone menus to wait through. Andie did my stuff and was nice and helpful. Cheaper than my last insurance too. No complaints.

Placed a call to the Wickenburg office and was pleasantly surprised to receive such great customer service! A young woman named Linda was able to answer all of my questions and at the end of our conversation I felt that I had a friend. Thank you.

I’d like to send a very big thank you and show my appreciation to a Jomana Alazzawi, when I was calling I expected to have very uncomfortable call with the worse service, But she came in and did the very opposite, Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had. she was able to assist me on a better saving insurance deal and broke everything down in the best way for me to understand and felt welcoming. Starting the call I was stressed and down about an increasing in my insurance just for her to save more than before Jomana definitely saved me and turned my day back around in the best possible way!!.

Ashley and eva help me out there good people to work with i like the way they help me to get insurance. Thinks to them I got it think u for every thing at oasis insurance think u girls =).
