She made the entire process so easy from the moment I contacted her, the recommendations of location, and even guided us on what to wear so our photos look amazing. She made us feel very comfortable during our photo shoot and made sure to capture our vision for our family pictures. Last year, my siblings and I wanted to surprise my mother with photos for Mother's Day. It was going to be my mother's only group photo of all of us as adults. We live all over the valley, and my younger sister lives in California, so we really had to formulate a solid plan to get this done. Once the logistics were planned, I was tasked with finding the best photographer for the job. I started my search in Scottsdale since that's where I live, but after combing through reviews and online portfolios, my search led me to Alisha Dawn in Surprise. I LOVED her online portfolio. When I reached out to her, she got back to me right away with all of the requested information. She suggested locations and ideas for outfits, which I greatly appreciated since I had never participated in a photo session before (at least, not as an adult). In the end, the photo shoot went great! My brother was really late, which I was embarrassed about, but Alisha took it in stride. She simply got individual shots and group shots of me and my sisters, so although my brother was late, we never really stood around waiting because Alisha was so efficient. The resulting pictures were phenomenal! My parents were blown away by how nice the photos turned out, and my mother immediately exclaimed that she wanted to blow up some of the photos to frame. Our friends and family loved our photos too, and my husband swore I looked like a model in one of the shots (thanks, Alisha! LOL!). I would highly recommend Alisha Dawn Photography if you're in the market for first class photography.

Alisha is AMAZING! Every step of the process from finding a date, communication and meeting at the location was easy. The photoshoot itself was really fun and that's in large part to Alisha making the experience relaxed and enjoyable. The best part are the photos - top notch! Alisha is amazing. She has done our family photos for the past 4 years. She is great with my kids, even when my toddler wanted nothing to do with taking photos. They still turned out amazing. We always look forward to seeing her every year. She has an eye for detail and is great at capturing the beautiful Arizona desert. We are so happy we found her!
