Turnkey has the bench to handle our day to day support needs in a timely way but also to delve into layered tickets where there are cross issues with our VOIP system and the network. In emergencies, there on site dispatch time is very small. We have a medical clinic with ten providers, four locations and over 70 employees. I couldn't operate with out them.

When getting the IT help you need to resolve IT issues with Turnkey, you always receive a professional, friendly and knowledgeable individual to help resolve the problem.

Turnkey has been great to work with. Everyone there is always very helpful and professional. Anytime we have an issue arise, their team is quick to respond to help keep things running smoothly.
