Ross' office is top notch! Their customer service person, Debbie, is so patient and knowledgeable. She has helped me on many occasions and always answers my questions. I like that when I call their office, I get a live person every time.

My experience at this location was nothing short of outstanding. I specifically dealt with Hannah, and she’s a top notch performer. Her customer service, persona, and thorough knowledge to answer my questions and provide me with information was beyond my expectations. Would recommend her to anyone! Thanks for everything.

The service I experienced was very professional. She was very prompt. Even when she had to wait for me to pull stuff up or had to go to the car to get something she was so patient. She talked to me as if we were friends for years. Just through this experience I knew I picked the right insurance company. I would definitely recommend GEICO to someone else. Keep people like this on your team. She deserves a promotion.

Maci is absolutely amazing! She handles all of my insurance needs within minutes, and she even saved me a lot of money. She is very professional; yet, personal as if we have known each other for years. I recommend her to anyone in the market for new insurance, or looking to save money without sacrificing coverages.

Agent Steve Root emailed my new policy and asked me to look over it to see if I could save more money. After looking over it I had questions about discounts that I could be qualified to receive. He made a few adjustments to my policy and then asked if I would be interested in taking the safe driving course to save a few extra dollars. Sounded like a great idea, he then connected me to Lacey. Lacey didn't waste any time sending the information to me and was very courteous and offered assistance to me if I needed it. Upon completion of the course Lacey responded in a timely manner that I would be credited for passing. If you're looking for an agency that has you're best interest in mind, Steve Root is your agent and Lacey is there to assist you with your questions and concerns.

Love, love this group. Nevada and Linsey were amazing help. Anytime I have a question Nevada has always been quick to respond and help in any way I have needed. Linsey was awesome with sending me the paperwork for auto insurance and the signing was also fast and easy.

Fast, friendly, and personable customer service when discussing insurance with Mrs. Lacey. Saving a good majority of money and receiving better coverage than I had before. Highly recommend.
