Wonderful team to work with! Would recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to maintain their own full-time IT department. We recently replaced our switches and firewall, they did a very professional job with the cabling, making it look a lot neater than it was before they came in.

I was having problems with my computer & looked at a couple companies & contacted them but the prices & time to come look at it were too much. When I contacted Nerds To Go they were able to be there with in hours & their price beat all the other companies I'd checked. the tech showed up on time, ran his diagnostics, evaluated the situation & told me what was needed. he took my tower to their shop, installed a new hard drive & cleaned up all the viruses. I was extremely pleased with the price for the entire service & my computer is working perfectly.

It seems that every tech problem creates an emergency. While that may be overblown at times, NerdsToGo responds with the same urgency I feel until the issue is resolved. Great technical training, attentive customer services, and they make problems go away. Five star treatment every time.

Devan was very helpful and experienced, however he was unable to repair my printer over the phone, so I took it to him and was able to adjust it in the Shop. both he & Caesar are excellent to work with.
