Erin Stark is amazing!!! Our amazing realtor linked us up after being turned down and shrugged off by many other loan officers and realtors. We had some work to do on our credit and other lenders shrugged us off or wouldn't return our emails after we completed steps they asked us to (paying off past debts). Once we started working with Erin our hopes and dreams of buying a home were restored. She guided us through all the steps we needed to complete to get where we needed to be. She never gave up on us, she didn't make us feel less than because our credit. She actually cared and wanted to help us buy a home. I had an awesome experience with Tanya Cobler as my loan officer. This was my first time buying a home and going through the process and Tanya was so patient with me and was always willing to explain the parts I didn’t understand.
