I own a rental in Summerlin, and Home365 has been a fantastic help. My tenant reported an issue with the AC during one of the hottest weeks this summer, and they handled the repair quickly. What impressed me the most was that the cost was covered under their plan—one less expense for me to worry about. They’ve been proactive with inspections and keeping the property in great shape. I highly recommend them to other landlords in the area.

As an out-of-state owner living in Washington, I couldn’t ask for better support for my Detroit property. They’re proactive, reliable, and always keep me updated. When my tenant had trouble with the heating system last winter, they scheduled a repair immediately. The tenant was happy, and so was I. It’s been a hassle-free experience from day one.

I live in California but own a property in Las Vegas, and this team has been a lifesaver. I especially love how clear and consistent their communication is. When my tenant moved out a few months ago, they paid their rent and managed the entire turnover process efficiently, including cleaning and finding a new tenant quickly.
