Passkey is fantastic. They have the most friendly and qualified staff in the Minneapolis Area. Our previous MSP was a complete nightmare to deal with. Since switching over I feel like I have a team of experts that help me with anything IT related. Since they are so friendly and professional we can make jokes and have fun with the Job.

Passkey is wonderful! They have helped us out significantly the past two months and continue to go above and beyond. We have not had a bad experience with any of their techs - they have all been great. Bret (one of the owners) is super responsive and Dana, our primary tech, provides support beyond what I could ask for as an ED. He is knowledgeable, professional and just overall a great person to work with - even responded to urgent emails related to a server when it was his day off! Would highly recommend Passkey!
