What a great restaurant! A small space with big flavor! We found out reservations were needed, but after being seated at the bar (which was just fine), the manager had a cancelation and gave us a table. Ashley was so friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about her service to us! We will definitely put it on our places to return to.

I wish I could rate the food even higher. I don't think I've had a better meal in years. I had veal marsalla and it was fantastic! Our server was very attentive, and the atmosphere was great. My colleague who was with me is a professional jazz singer, so she enjoyed the music and hummed along. It was perfect! Thank you.

Nice restaurant, very limited seating inside, but all in all, a good place to have dinner. Reservations are a must, so make yours as soon as possible. We sat outside for dinner, and it was a nicely decorated area and had plenty of shade. Staff was great and knowledgeable of the menu. Would definitely come back.

We went for an early dinner. Our hostess Veronica was excellent. She remembered the orders correctly, was kind and courteous, carried wonderful conversation with us while training Larry and attending other tables. Food was as usual excellent. Tasty and portions were good. Our water was refilled and atmosphere was homy , cozy and lively. The spicy shrimp appetizer was my favorite. Will be back for sure!!.

One of my favorite places since I first came to Indy. I love unique places that dare to be different. This place is bold and simply Italian at the same time. The atmosphere and decoration is amazing, you almost feel like you traveled in time. And the food is great to have a fun meal with friends and family.

This place has very delicious food. The service was great and the portions are huge. I highly recommend this place for great Italian food in downtown Indianapolis!!.

Awesome place if you're in the mood for pasta! The ambience of the historic building with the added trolley cart takes you almost back in time. I sat at the bar during a very very busy Saturday. I was greeted by their bartenders & servers, who despite being extremely busy had the best attitudes and service! I ate the chicken parm, which automatically comes with soup, bread & ice cream. All were delicious! Also added the cherry cream soda just for the take home glass. Great place to visit if you're in Indy.

Such delicious food everything was so good. They have some very creative food and drink choices too. Everything is served with homemade bread, salad and spumoni. The inside is so cool too it looks like something from the 1800s, they even had a trolley on the inside. And who ever our waitress was, she was amazing, I had a massive migraine that day, and honestly she just made my whole day.

Wow! The Spaghetti Factory is absolutely gorgeous, I was in awe of the beautiful wood work all throughout. Our food was delicious, and the portions were filling with enough to take home. Our server was nice, just wasn't really listening to what we were asking for. We did witness another server go yell at the hostesses for seating someone in an Ohio state shirt in their section..not us thankfully.
