He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and has been in the restaurant business for 35 years, with an extensive career that took him to Christini's in Orlando, Florida, and Los Angeles. Their team of chefs selects handpicked ingredients imported from local farmers. Connected Restaurant offers four private dining room options. All rooms have full A/V capabilities. The Waterfall room can accommodate up to 120 guests, Private Dining 1 can hold up to 55 guests, Private Dining 2 can hold up to 20 guests, and Private Dining 3 can hold up to 14 guests.”
