Tonight’s Bourbon Wine Dinner at Carrabba’s in Shreveport was by far the best EVER. Sam, Joe and Chloe really showcased with exceptional talent. The chef cook with love and heart. From the appetizer to the final course was nothing short of LOVE!!! I have been attending wine dinners for a few years and this was by far the BEST!!!! Michelle, your team showed out tonight!!! This is why we love you all!.

Our waitress Hannah was amazing !! We never had to ask for refills or bread. She is definitely an asset to your company. The manager came to check on our table also. He was very nice and even cleared our table. The salmon was the best salmon I have ever had in my 54 years !!!! The sirloin was also cooked perfect ! We will definitely be back.

Very good food and EXCELLENT service! The waitress and manager were so attentive! The food was top notch! Neecee was our waitress and she was extremely nice and sweet! 10/10.

We dined as a party of 10. The hostess was friendly & seated us promptly. Our server, Alan, along with other trainees were attentive, polite, and covered every detail. Our food arrived timely & fresh and was all correct. The manager made sure everything went well also. We had a great experience.

Arrived and was seated in the bar area promptly. Our server immediately took our drink order and asked about any questions on the menu. Drinks were served and orders were placed. The server brought out bread sticks and salad. The appetizer cheese sticks were plentiful and fresh. The chicken and shrimp carbonara was a real treat and very flavorfully delicious. Over all we were very pleased with the server and the meal.

It was a great experience. My first time being there & definitely won't be the last. The food was outstanding & so was the service. We had the pleasure of having Mr. Armstrong as our waiter. He did an outstanding job. 5 stars all the way!!!!!.

We had a very good experience the food was really good and well cooked. But let me talk about our server. His name was sable and he was by far one of the best waiters we've had at any restaurant. He was very polite, well spoken, attentive to our needs and knew the menu well. Also he makes a very mouth watering bananas foster. Along with great food and absolutely amazing service the atmosphere was romantic, very pleasing and nice. Was alittle to dim for me, but we enjoyed everything about this establishment. We definitely recommend this place and will be going back.

Celebrated my grandmother’s 85th birthday here and it was amazing! Great service and excellent New Orleans style food! Must order more than one dish so that you can try as much food as you can so bring your money (it is pricey but worth it). Thank you Ernest’s! P.s. Order appetizers including the flaming gumbo.

My best friend and I stopped into Earnest's late one night on the way home and ordered a huge portion of their famous Chicken Alfredo and bread, and took it home and made ourselves absolutely sick because we couldn't put it down. I will definitely be going back to eat there and bringing some home also. Their waitresses are very polite and get the job done.
