"Momoya serves sushi and other traditional Japanese dishes. Their Godzilla is served with shrimp tempura, imitation crab salad, masago, tamago, cream cheese, avocado, cucumber, green onion, and spicy mayo, wasabi mayo, eel sauce. The customer service and attention to detail are excellent and consistent with each visit. Momoya is the hidden gem that has become a go-to for their lifestyle. Bento Box Entree served with miso soup and salad. The prices are reasonable, and their atmosphere is very comfortable and clean. Momoya offers many vegetarian options, accepts credit cards, and is great for both lunch and dinner.

2026 Update: Momoya provides a wheelchair-accessible entrance, seating and parking lot. They offer free Wi-Fi for their customers."

Not only does the ramen at Strings taste delightful, but it’s also affordable, with the option to add deluxe ingredients for an extra touch. They aim to turn their tables over quickly, ensuring they can serve a steady flow of hungry customers while providing excellent customer service. Strings Ramen accepts credit cards, and they are wheelchair accessible. They currently have three locations in Chicago; one is in the heart of Chinatown, directly across from New Chinatown Square, one location in Lakeview, and the other in Hyde Park. Strings Ramen offers happy hour food and serves vegetarian dishes.

Domo 77 is one of our most favorite places for lunch or dinner! The service is always impeccable, the chefs are 5 star, and the food is simply delicious! I prefer the filet & scallops while my husband enjoys his filet with a side of lobster! We both enjoy the Godzilla roll as well as their salmon sushi appetizer! One thing is for sure, we never order any food without a side of garlic! We could eat the garlic with a spoon- it’s that good! This restaurant provides a dining experience like none other!

My husband and I have been going here every year for his birthday, and it has always been an amazing experience. The food is delicious and they definitely make large portions so you can have more for later. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, the chefs put on a great show and they make good conversation while they cook the food in front of us. It's something we look forward to going back again next year!

We love Domo 77. It’s one of our favorite restaurants. Eddie is the best! He’s always full of energy and treats us really well. The food is always amazing here. They never disappoint. We are regular customers and come very often. Highly recommend.

MOMOYA REVIEWS

This has been our one of a kind sushi spot find for years. The staff are so welcoming and provide the freshest quality of fish and tastiest meals around. We love Ellen and everyone at Momoya! We come back almost on a weekly basis and highly recommend it to others.

I love Momoya! I'm not a sushi lover, but my wife is. This place helps on both fronts by not only providing delicious sushi (per my wife), but also offering a variety of cooked entrees like beef teriyaki or chicken katsu. The place is small and intimate, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you want a lax, friendly, delicious experience, stop by Momoya.

My favorite restaurant! My husband and I have taken every one we know here and all are not disappointed! My favorite is the mango roll. Absolutely delicious appetizers as well. The service is also very friendly and helpful!

STRINGS RAMEN REVIEWS

Second time visiting this spot and it simply keeps getting better. I found string noodles in an effort to switch things up and try something new in town and I’m very glad I did. Their ramen is delicious. There’s a line to get in which goes by really quick. My only comment would be, they have very odd closing hours. 8pmish so at 7:15 they already start telling people the kitchen is about to close. But very worth it! Check them out!

My daughter and I went there last night on a recommendation from a friend. We had the Prime Shoyu Ramen and it was great. My daughter (she's 11) is not exactly adventurous when it comes to food and she loved it. I enjoyed the food as well. We'll definitely be back. Next time I'll come back with my wife. The food, service, and staff were all top notch.

The hell ramen 1 is super good just like the one in Chinatown in Chicago. Drinks are great and so is the service. Also the aesthetic of the place is nice.
