" Attack of the Tatsu is inspired by the founders' adventures in Japan and their passion for Japanese food culture. James Heeley and Daniel Starkey are excited to bring their very own Izakaya and Ramen shop to Chattanooga, to reflect their long-standing love for Japanese cuisine and culture. The menu focuses on some of their favorite dishes from Izakayas and Ramen shops. They also offer an extensive menu of craft cocktails and Japanese beer. If you enjoy Sake or Japanese whisky, be sure to visit their hidden Izakaya in the back. The restaurant also provides outdoor seating for a more relaxed dining experience.

" Teriyaki of Japan is a great place to pick up some Japanese teriyaki and bring it home for the family. They fill the entire plate with vegetables and put the meat on top. They also have a few variations of sushi rolls, which are pretty good. Teriyaki of Japan is an excellent restaurant that has delicious sushi dishes. The staff is excellent and very accommodating. They have a drive-thru, so calling in to order, grabbing it, and going is easy. They pride themselves on offering fresh, delicious food in a timely manner. Their two combination entrées include teriyaki beef, chicken, shrimp, and a vegetable plate.

FUJI STEAK & SUSHI REVIEWS

Tofu was our hibachi chef and he was amazing. He made sure to include everyone at the table especially our little girl. The food was FANTASTIC, best we've had out of all the times we've been there. Megan was our waitress and she was equally as amazing. We never ran out of drinks, she got our kimd of complicated order 100% correct the first time she read it off. She took the absolute best care of the entire table. She is hands down the best waitress we've ever had. Can't say enough amazing things about the entire visit.

What an Amazing place! Great staff, superb food, and the talent in the kitchen is beyond expectation! I would happily bring anyone here. Definitely coming back several time in the future. Make sure you ask for Stephanie.

Miko is an excellent server. We always ask for his table. The sushi is always fresh, and delicious.

ATTACK OF THE TATSU REVIEWS

Authentic Japanese restaurant, the atmosphere was great and the service was good. We arrived there after 10pm. They have a small limited menu from 10 till 12am (closing). I tried the spicy night noods. I'm not big on spicy foods, however the description looks delicious and the staff said it wasn't something that was unbearable. It was delicious! There was a little kick, but not enough to make me not finish the bowl. Really neat place to try. I will go back during the day to try the full menu.

Our son and his girlfriend have been here multiple times and love it. We were visiting from out of town and went with them. It was a great evening. The ambience was unique and fun, the waitstaff were helpful and prompt. The food was incredibly flavorful and delicious! Sad we don’t have one of these in New York. Bonus: Anime in the bathrooms.

This is my first time at Attack of the Tatsu and my first taste of restaurant ramen. I love this place!! It was a feast for all my senses. The employees were friendly and super helpful with the menu. The restaurant was clean. The ramen was delicious,.

(before you read the rest I want you to understand that the bad reviews only get posted because losers have ONE accident and decide to get uppity on Google about it. Even though they never gave it 5 stars when they visited for the past 5 or 6 years. Only when it hurt they're feewings) An amazing little restaurant right in the middle of East ridge. A lot of places try to do what tery of jap does but dall short. Portion sizes are unbeatable, always more for later. Staff is always full of genuine smiles and great service. Once you try it you will find yourself craving it every other day. One of a kind and absolutely delicious. Dietary restrictions: They'll work with you because everything is made to order. Kid-friendliness: Kid menu for picky eaters Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for accessibility.

This was our first time here at this restaurant and we both got the teriyaki chicken with rice it was amazing chicken was not dry rice was really good and the cabbage was amazing also the people were super friendly the service was quick will definitely come back here.

Food was amazing and service was excellent went back the next day it was so good lol.
