SHINTO JAPANESE STEAKHOUSE & SUSHI LOUNGE REVIEWS

Amazing experience. Our cook MT was pretty cool. I went with my husband and kids and we all loved it. We ordered shrimp, seafood combo and salmon teriyaki. Everything we ordered was fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff is very friendly and attentive. There's a big fish tank and my kids loved the fish at the end of our meal.

Adrian was an extremely attentive, cheerful, and enthusiastic waiter. Angel was such a TALENTED CHEF! Highly recommend anyone to try this place out! Very affordable for their GENEROUS portion sides. Get the chateaubriand (medium rare) with fried rice with the extra egg yolk. YOU CAN THANK ME LATER.

Delicious sushi, homemade crab rangoons, and refreshing drinks! Loved the miso soup a lot as well! Nothing disappointed!! This place was so clean, and the ambiance was so relaxing and fine! Would come again. Very nice service and friendly staff as well.

YAMADO JAPANESE RESTAURANT REVIEWS

My family and I love this place! We look for any excuse to stop by, to the point where my family from out of town ask to go when they’re over. The sushi is incredible and fresh! I have yet to have sushi as good as theirs anywhere else. The hot foods are also absolutely delicious, some of my favorites being the veggie tempura and the udon soups. The couple that run the restaurant are very kind and attentive. I mentioned that I love the pickled ginger and the chef brought me a to-go container full of it! The space feels super cozy, but never cramped.

Great local hidden gem, mom and pop style sushi of the highest quality. Owner/chef serves with his wife/partner. Homemade sauces and flair. You feel like you’re the star of the show when you’re here. Haven’t tried the ramen yet, but it’s fully customizable and looks amazing.

It was our first time visiting this place, and we were impressed. The food was amazing, full of flavor. They also provided a homemade sauce that was great. The Miso Ramen was the best that I ever had. Highly recommend.

SUDOOKU RAMEN REVIEWS

Slow service. It took 15 minutes before they even came to take our order. It was a Friday night, and the place was packed with lots of to-go orders. The restaurant is really small, only about six tables, and they had piano music playing in the background. The good news is that the food is great. We got chicken buns as an appetizer, which were great. The tan tan chicken ramen was good too, and the classic chicken was solid. The tiramisu, though, is made with matcha tea—not great if you’re expecting traditional tiramisu.

I enjoyed the food here. The curry chicken buns were delicious and reminded me of chicken curry I’d have at an Indian restaurant. The Black Garlic Chicken Ramen was okay, but I didn’t like the black garlic flavor. However, everything else in the ramen was good. The waitress seemed a bit annoyed by my questions about the ramen, but I’d still come back and try a different flavor ramen because the food overall is good.

It’s a small establishment in Naperville and the owners try their best to accommodate everyone in the small space they have. The ramen was delicious! Portion sizes were justifiable and the quality was great. After we were done, the owner was gracious enough to pour the remaining food in boxes for us to take home. It’s a great ramen place and I’ll definitely give it another try.
