HUGO'S FROG BAR AND FISH HOUSE REVIEWS

Customer service was superb but most importantly the food was so flavorful. We ordered calamari and crab cake for appetizer and we were blown away by the amount of crab meat in the crab cake. Wished the calamari had a better sauce for people who don’t like spicy food. For our entree we’ve had, Fish Taco, Shrimp de Jonge and the Fish of the Day. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. Celebrated a birthday here for lunch and even if there wasn’t a free dessert for the birthday celebrant, it was fine because service was great anyways.

First time visiting Hugo’s Bar & Fish House in downtown Naperville. Our family craved clam chowder and seafood. We ordered PEI mussels, fish tacos, swordfish, and crab cake sandwiches. The dishes are all tasty, and especially the frog leg and swordfish were very flavorful. Also, service was excellent.

Chilean Sea Bass and steaks are always top notch. The Chilean Sea Bass is absolutely special. Wonderful place for those who like seafood but still have some land lover friends and family. There's something here for everyone.

This is our second time ordering delivery, and we might have a new favorite in town. The fish and veggies were cooked perfectly and tasted very fresh. So far, we have tried a few variations of the salmon plates, the hush puppies, and the chowder, and everything from the seasoning to the sauces was packed with flavor! If you haven’t tried this place yet, we recommend it.

The Golden Hour’s dinner special is such a great deal! My boyfriend and I had such a great experience here. The staff were incredibly sweet. The food came out super hot and fresh. They have great sauce selections for those that like it. The dinner special’s catch of the day is always a must. I’m excited to try more.

As soon as you walk in, it smells like seafood. You can order from their dry erase menus and hand it to a cashier. All orders are made when placed and my salmon tacos were extremely fresh and tasty. I will be back.

SHUCKIN' SHACK OYSTER BAR REVIEWS

We ordered delivery through a service and the order came hot, fresh and well packaged. We ordered lobster rolls and roasted veggies. Excellent lobster roll. Plenty of lobster. Good bun. A mustard mayo sauce came on the side and I used a little on a bite and it was good but I preferred just the plain roll. The roasted veggies were really yummy too... broccoli, cauliflower, squash and carrots mix. The shrimp and crab bite appetizers were also great. The crab bites were like fried mini crab cakes. Really yummy and great for sharing.

The lobster roll was the bomb. Also, one of the best Shrimp N Grits I have ever had. Its a fried grits cake, breading is light so soft crunch and the grits inside are smooth and creamy. Our server Marissa seemed to be the only server on the floor and while she was busy she was super calm and very nice. Wouldn't even know she was busy by seeing her, very professional. Crab cake sandwich was ok. Skip that. We cant wait to come back and try different items.

Amazing new restaurant. Staff was fantastic, knowledgeable and very friendly. Food was amazing! Started with raw oysters and broiled oysters. Then had the shrimp and grits and my dad had the crab cake sandwich. My only suggestion would be to ask for some bread to soak up the rest of the gravy from the shrimp and grits. A must try. Looking forward to a return visit.
