Uchi

Came here for a fancy dinner with my partner. We were totally blown away. The quality of fish is some of the best we've had, including in Japan. The dishes are inventive and have a wonderful balance of flavors. Uchi is easily one of our favorites so far in Denver. There is also a nice atmosphere with detail-oriented, knowledgeable staff. This was pricey, far more than we ever spend on a meal ($250 for 2), but so good. We enjoyed the entire experience and talk often about how amazing this meal was.

I had a great time at Uchi. Got the tasting menu and was not disappointed. Now I know a good selection of what items to order next time. Staff was friendly while it was super busy and got some great sake recommendations. They apologized for some items taking a while to come out but I found it to be the perfect speed. I don’t like it when you pay premium prices and feel rushed. Oh and don’t skip dessert either.

Wow, is all I can say!! I took my wife out for a date, and we had a fantastic dining experiance! The service is top-notch, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere was fun, as we had great conversations with our sushi chef.
