Love the new location of this iconic restaurant. Beautiful space, more open and hip, and the food is better than ever. Had the French Onion soup, Ott Provence Rose was suggested by my server; Beautiful and a great pairing with the sweetbreads. Service was great. Excellent experience!
Very good French food. The steak was cooked perfectly, the fries were amazing, the mussels were awesome, the soufflé was incredible. If you’ve never tried French food, this would be a great place to experience it.

LA MERISE FRENCH BISTRO REVIEWS
Came in for a Saturday day brunch. I can tell this place is a neighborhood favorite from the customers that were coming in. The interior is nicely decorated and there’s ample seating outside as well. The bar counter also looked amazing to just sit and soak up the vibe. As for the food, everything was nicely executed bread was warm and crispy as well. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
Amazing French restaurant! I ordered a chicken liver appetizer and a trout. The chicken liver is very savory and goes well with the crackers. The trout is well-processed. Not a single bone can be found. The sauce adds more flavor to the fish.
Delicious brunch spot! Both the Stroganoff and Corned Beef Hash crepes were delicious, as were the sandwiches if you are looking for a lighter option. The restaurant is small but really cute, we loved the service and the ambiance.

COOHILLS REVIEWS
We held a birthday party here and had an incredible time. For starters everything from arranging the party to the menu and the details was just so easy and very accommodating. The staff was absolutely amazing all night and Diane and her husband Tom who own the restaurant made the evening and the Food just spectacular! I highly recommend Coohills as a place for dinner or a private event!!
Dined here during a business trip, and it was absolutely fantastic. Their signature crab cakes are not to be missed. One taste of the country pate, and I was transported back to the Friday market in Meursault. The seared fish was divine. Lovely wine list. Best French restaurant in Denver!
We ate here before a concert at Ball Arena because it was right across the street. Very convenient to walk to. Limited menu but everything we got was delicious. I had the roast chicken and hubby got the salmon. Atmosphere and service were excellent. Will definitely go again.
