Wow!! The experience from pulling into the parking lot, until I got back in the car was incredible to say the least! Security at the door with great personality, when we went in, although busy, super organized and attentive. Got the pleasure to meet Gabe and his brother Danny, super cool guys, Gabe assisted me with the purchase. Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable! Showcased the watch, fitted it on my wrist, explained the functionality and best practices, had it cleaned, and just made my birthday and watch buying experience the best! Allowed me to explore their other options and try on my future piece, as well as show me more options I will definitely be back for. Their collection and variety is unmatched!! Their customizing options are endless, and the quality of their items are second to none! Everybody was professional, patient, honest, and just overall amazing experience. Happy Jewelers provided me with absolute trust in them from the start of the process to the finish. I won’t lie I was very nervous about the idea of trying to find an engagement ring because of the stress that comes along with it but as soon as I got connected with Gianna over the phone I was immediately at ease and could not be more satisfied how she took complete care of me. Gianna kept me in the loop with the process throughout the time it was being worked on and made sure to only text / call me during my work hours so that my fiancée was not suspicious lol. The ring is gorgeous, and my fiancée was over the top thrilled with the results of it. I highly recommend Happy Jewelers and also had another friend recently just buy an engagement ring from them and was also very satisfied with the results and care that they provided. She listened to everything that I was looking for in a ring and perfected it. She designed a beautiful ring for me within my budget.
