UCA APARTMENT HOMES REVIEWS

UCA Apartment Homes is great! So convenient not having to drive to school and pay for parking. Used to live in downtown Fullerton and even just the short drive would take twice as long because of the time I would spend trying to find a spot on campus.

Great apartments, the community is so welcoming and nice! The office has a pool table and a ping pong table where you can bring all your friends to come hang out, and the staff is amazing so friendly and kind!.

Moved down here from Sacramento and it's been great for me. Right across the street from school, restaurants, and grocery stores makes it ideal for students!.

I love living here at Malden Station! I have had four small repairs done in an efficient and quick manner thanks to Buu the maintenance. Two of those repairs I was able to swing by and ask him for help. He was quick to answer questions and always provided great service. Been here about 8 months and have never experienced bugs or loud unnecessary loud noises however I keep my unit very tidy. Thank you Malden Station!.

Buu is hands down the BEST maintenance guy at Malden Station. Every time we’ve needed something, he’s been quick, professional, and super friendly. He genuinely cares about the residents and always goes the extra mile to make sure things are done right. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows. We feel lucky to have someone like Buu around—thank you for everything!.

Buu, the service manager, came and took care of our sink plumbing and made sure our ac stopped leaking water in the bathtub. He was great and made sure everything worked well or was cleaned!.

Today was the day we officially signed the leasing contract and I was greeted by Yvette Ball. I was always very upset about my poor listening and oral English, so I was always confused at the beginning. Yvette showed her patience and professionalism. She helped me with everything, including registering gas bills and so on. I really appreciate her help. If I had done it by myself, I would certainly have failed. She helped me finish everything without any complaints. I think I'm luck I met her.

Spoke with Jake on the phone- He was polite and professional. He listened and acknowledged my request, while providing guidance in what I needed to do and look out for next in renewing my rental agreement! Thank you so much Jake! I appreciate you!.
