Jenny Lu and the staff at this Robbin Brothers location were friendly and helpful from the beginning. I know that's expected from any sales associate, but they do their job well. They helped me upgrade my wife's ring for our wedding anniversary, and went above and beyond in helping me find a beautiful ring within my budget. It is essential to look for quality products, but it is even better when assisted by professionals that love their job and make your purchasing experience comfortable. I will definitely be back again for that upgrade in the future.

If you visit this location, you must ask for Eric Kolin! I was super impressed by his level of customer service, kindness, and HONESTY. I went there with my fiancé to see about getting an antique, family heirloom resized so that I can use it as my wedding ring. This ring is incredibly special to me. They have custom made my engagement ring, our wedding rings and now, this beautiful set for our sweet daughter. The jewelry that they create is long lasting and we plan to raise our daughter wearing it and then pass it on to her when she is old enough to wear it. It is pink topaz, for her birth month in November. Truly, we are always blown away by their work and plan to commission other pieces from them in the future.

Kevin is absolutely amazing to deal with! I’m blown away at the quality of the engagement ring and cross necklace I’ve gotten from him. He has treated me very well and has been more than fair with his prices. Although the ring is a beautiful lab made diamond, their moisanite options are unbelievably clear and an amazing option if a diamond is not in the budget.
