Greg and his team were wonderful to work with. It was refreshing to have open, honest and TIMELY communication throughout the entire process. I am very finicky when it comes to contractors as I expect to understand everything going on and where the money is going; I had no concerns when working with Greg and his team because they gave me all the details of the project (even ones I didn't think to ask) and delivered on everything they said they would do. They found a minor issue with one of the screens and without me having to ask, they showed me the issue and ordered a replacement immediately. They were clean, timely and respectful of my home. David, the foreman, respectfully kept everyone to task and ensured all was done properly on the job. He followed up with me if anything came up and was available to answer questions. I am very happy with my new windows and appreciate the quite I now have.

From start to finish the American Door and Window company were personable, prompt, friendly and professional. The installation team worked seamlessly together, leaving me very pleased with a job well done.

I’m general contractor and I need to have professionals on my site performing at a high level, Greg showed up and provided me a good and honest quote, Alanis in the office was amazing through the whole process and Andrew and David were true professionals in the field installing a large slider with side lights. I was looking for Provia exterior doors and discovered Orange Coast Windows. Michael visited my house and spent time going over samples to ensure I'd end up with doors I'd love, then went above and beyond by delivering paint samples and new hinges in a different color for me. The doors are absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for, and Michael was so communicative and helpful even after the door delivery. I would definitely recommend Orange Coast Windows.
