We took it to Simone and Son in HB and it was the most professional service we’d ever experienced from a jeweler. Nick and staff were absolutely amazing. From their attention to detail, providing expertise on care, cleaning services and their in house jewelers service and repair is best in class. Nick was in constant communication with me during the entire process and noticed me when it was ready for pick up. My wife and I were both teary eyed when we saw the finished product and amazing results. The shine of the gold, clarity and sparkle of the diamonds and the prong adjustments including the prong work and channel filling underneath the diamonds were impeccable.
