The building provides approximately 70,000 square feet designated for meetings and events, making it a significant commercial venue in Chicago. Its central location allows access for both local attendees and visitors. At a height of 1,353 feet, it is the third-tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. The Skydeck features the Ledge, a series of glass enclosures that extend 4.3 feet outward from the structure, allowing visitors to view the city from above."
