" Carnegie Museum aims to preserve stories, photos and documents from the community. The building strives to preserve and promote the history of its city. In 2012, the Roseville Historical Society celebrated the venerable 100-year-old building, which has a rich history. Carnegie Museum was placed on the National Register of Historic Places, and it is a modern-day testament to what can be accomplished when people come together to ensure their history is preserved.

2026 Highlights: Carnegie Museum offers a 60-minute docent-led walking tour. The museum also offers a free public parking lot next to the Moose Lodge. "

I really enjoyed the experience. Even though the place may be small, it is filled with knowledge of Roseville and more. The service is great and very helpful. Roger helped me with any questions I had and was very knowledgeable.

Excellent, knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Interesting and varied history from the area. Free admission, donations accepted, plenty of parking. Small, worth a short visit.

the ppl there were super nice and the stuff in the gift shop wasn’t as expensive i thought it’d be! pretty small but they still have really cool exhibits.

As a frequent visitor, I can confidently say that this library offers stellar service. I needed assistance with a research project, and the librarian was incredibly knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect books and articles. The library offers both physical and digital resources, all in great condition. The ambiance is calm, providing an ideal environment for work. The quality of the services provided is remarkable, especially for the affordable membership cost. Whether you're there to study, read, or research, it's a fantastic value that’s hard to beat.

This is one of the better libraries I've been to. The librarians explain very thoroughly al of the perks and benefits of creating an account. They even went over the local magazine with my wife and I.

Very good library, friendly staff who are always helpful, a large selection of books that will interest everyone, we really love reading here.

ROSEVILLE UTILITY EXPLORATION CENTER REVIEWS

We had a great time at the recent Roseville Earth Festival. The utility exploration hosted the event and they did a great job! The library inside is a great resource for young kids to learn about earth conservation and earth sciences. Also the locally made up-cycled art hanging on the walls is a real eye catcher. I recommend at least one trip to the center just to see what they have going on. However, the Earth festival was amazing, great food trucks, live music and animal and fashion shows. Lots of tips for conservation, plus cool energy and water saving products.

The Roseville Utility Exploration Center is a wonderful place for a family vacation! Kids always enjoy exploring the interactive exhibits and learning new things through play. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and everything is well organized. We had a great time and will definitely be back! There's a library nearby, and souvenir shops are also available.

It's a fun place for little kids. They have different hands on activities related to saving energy etc. The volunteers were nice and helpful. It was clean and spacious.
