“Carnegie Museum aims to preserve stories, photos, and documents from the community. The museum offers a walking tour of the historic old town of Roseville based on a self-guided tour created by the Roseville Chamber of Commerce revitalization committee for visitors, new residents to their area, and long-time inhabitants seeking a re-acquaintance with the past. The building strives to preserve and promote the history of its city. In 2012, the Roseville Historical Society celebrated the venerable 100-year-old building, which has a rich history. Carnegie Museum was placed on the National Register of Historic Places, and it is a modern-day testament to what can be accomplished when people come together to ensure their history is preserved.”
