“Luther Burbank Home & Gardens was constructed by Burbank himself in 1889, and the garden features a greenhouse. The Historical House pays homage to the life and accomplishments of the esteemed horticulturist Luther Burbank, encompassing his former residence, gardens, greenhouse, and final resting place. In Luther Burbank Home & Gardens, Guided tours led by knowledgeable docents allow visitors to explore the property, which includes gift shops, museums, and various garden areas highlighting cutting flowers, wildlife habitats, medicinal herbs, roses, and ornamental grasses. Managed by a dedicated group of volunteers, the property operates as a demonstration garden and house museum. During the tour season, visitors can enjoy complimentary admission to this unique urban garden in the area.”
