We LOVED working with Rosie. She was so kind, welcoming, and organized when it came to working as our coordinator for the wedding. She helped us with so many details along the way. One of the most important things about having a coordinator is them capturing your vision and understanding exactly how you want things to be set up during the wedding. She did just that and more! It really allowed us to be more hands-off during the wedding so we could enjoy being in the moment! All our vendors worked so seamlessly with the venue, so we know she did a lot of work behind the scenes to make that happen.
Kelly at Kismet Event Co. was amazing. Although I hadn’t planned on spending money on a coordinator, I’m so glad I made this decision. I thought I could do everything by myself because I liked planning all the details and intended on having friends and family pitch on wedding day. The more I thought about that the more I realized those people would be missing out on special moments on the big day. So, I decided to work with her based on her friendliness, responsiveness and organization, and commitment to my plan for the wedding. There were some things I wanted to do but felt like too much to fit in, but Kelly made it all happen with a smile. She just kept saying, if you want this, we’ll do it…that’s what I’m here for. Everything was just magical and special, and I just really can’t imagine the wedding day without her! Best planner ever.

Our intimate wedding of only 50 guests was the BEST event that we have ever experienced. Not only was this our dream wedding, it was an incredible celebration of love, family and friends. This would not have been possible if not for the incredible work, passion, creativity, experience and professionalism of Reed & James; the teamwork of twin sisters Brianna and Brittany took charge of our most treasured celebration. From its early planning stages, with a pandemic and an unfortunate fires in St. Helena, Brittany and Brianna enthusiastically and energetically put together plans, presentations, vendors that were suitable and satisfactory to our vision and our goals. We are so blessed to have crossed paths with Reed & James. We have never felt so overjoyed! Brittany and Briana are total masters of their craft and it was such a pleasure working with them on my wedding in Napa. Brianna, Brittany and entire the team at Reed & James created the most incredible event for us - a wedding to end all weddings! A three-day music festival in Petaluma that went off absolutely flawlessly. They managed multiple bands, multiple stages, dozens of vendors and seamlessly coordinated music to be playing continuously for the entire event. It felt like our own personal Coachella. Our friends and family kept saying all weekend "we are RUINED for weddings forever!!" because of how incredible the event was run. The best part about it for us was how relaxed we were as the guests of honor. The team at RJE took care of every little detail and we never had one worry the entire time. From the time we had our first phone call to the day of the wedding it was such a joy to work with Corina. She is so sweet and connective and cares so much about beauty and design. She transformed my backyard from a regular yard into a magical dream. Her eye for detail and her passion for quality and sustainability shines through her work and I honestly don't think I could've chosen a better woman for the job. She listened to exactly what we wanted, from the colors to the feel of the space, and honestly, she delivered big time! And besides the beauty she created, she also kept us in check with our to-do list as the time got closer, which was extremely helpful! We wish we could do it all over again! Thank you, Corina.
