Specialty:
“Warren Civic Center Library provides the residents with an up-to-date facility that will feature more computers. The library features various collections of books, multimedia resources, and public access computers. There is free parking in the parking structure adjacent to City Hall, as well as on the streets surrounding City Hall. The library reopened to the public in its new quarters in February 1949, with 5,000 books on the shelves. This library only served the north end of the present Warren area, and the burgeoning south end lacked library service. The library has self-service checkout stations, meeting rooms, and study rooms for public reservation, microfilm, mobile hotspot lending, and a computer lab. Warren Civic Center Library provides accommodations to individuals with disabilities upon request.”
