Jaime transformed our backyard from a barren wilderness to a contemporary oasis. His talented team built a gazebo based on a concept picture I provided, stucco planters matching the paint of my home, installed solar-based and electric lighting, and planted flowers and trees with irrigation that is automatically watered. Jaime and his team worked from sunup to sundown, Monday through Friday, and even two Saturdays to ensure my project was completed in a timely fashion. From start to finish, the work was completed in less than two weeks. He even applied sealant to my fence that enhanced the natural color, which I didn’t know that I needed but I’m glad he suggested it. His team was punctual, respectful, and professional. I would happily do business with Jaime again and recommend his services to anyone needing quality work done for a reasonable price.

We started planning our backyard upgrades in July and after much back and forth on deciding what we wanted to do we were finally ready to start the project in mid-September. Jaime had been so patient with me and had come out to visit MULTIPLE times to give new quotes or share ideas and took the time to understand what it was we wanted and what would work with our budget. His suggestions were great and the look is exactly what we wanted. We were not in a crunch for timing and this was good because it did take a week longer than estimated, but for our situation this was fine and we just prefer it get done right than rushed. I will definitely reach out to Jaime again for a second phase in our backyard when the time comes. I really appreciated the patience and the willingness to work with our budget and needs.

I’d spent a couple of weeks trying to get quotes from different landscapers to have my backyard which was previously all dirt and weeds landscaped. I was surprised to find how unresponsive a lot of the other landscapers were, Jaime however was very responsive. I showed him some drawings and ideas of what I wanted and he was able to make it happen, he was able to get it all done: Concrete, plant installation, drip irrigation and installation of decorative rocks and decomposed granite. I was very pleased with the work that was done and it was all done at what I felt was a fair price.

We could not be happier with the results of our new front yard and fence. Javier, Carlos, Jesus and Oscar did a fantastic job of turning our gopher infested yard into a beautiful low maintenance yard. The new fence completes the beauty of our new yard. Javier kept us informed every step of the way. He is knowledgeable, honest and fair. We would highly recommend J'S Modern Landscaping Inc. to anyone looking for a reliable and excellent landscaping company.

Javier and his team did an incredible job on our small yard makeover. We spoke with multiple contractors and he was by far the most responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Our job consisted of turf (including a French drain), uplighting on trees, a drip system, and installation of a new Japanese maple tree & 30+ plants. Javier and his team exceeded our expectations. We highly, highly recommend him!.

Javier and his crew completed a huge remodel of our back yard. They did an amazing job! Javier is great with communication, is very reasonable on pricing, and very flexible in making sure everything is done to your liking. We're doing the front yard next spring and will definitely have Javier do that job too.

We’ve had a short but remarkable relationship with MILO LANDSCAPING. it was short because of their availability and efficiency and remarkable because our front lawn project is already complete!d! The working crew arrived on time and ready to go and every stage of the installation process was completed by hand. Everything that was promised was delivered. The day is finished and so is our artificial turf front lawn. I’m happy to share my satisfied customer report here with you and our impressed neighbors. Gil and his crew are amazing!.

Milo Landscaping did our front yard. Gil worked with us to come up with a plan that was in our budget and vision. Gil was amazing and the best contractor we've ever worked with. Our newyard is beautiful. I would not hesitate to hire Gil and thus company again. His crew was polite and they left our home clean, every night. They took out a tree, bushes, old cement walkway, bricks and grass. We now have papers, turf with plants, a new drip irrigation system, and river rocks and tile on our porch.

I highly recommend Milo Landscaping. My request to have my yard landscaped was somewhat last minute due to issues with a previous contractor. Milo's had an opening in their schedule and were able to complete the job in an extremely timely manner. Great crew, very professional and the cost was very reasonable!!!.
