Overall outstanding service. Service Rep (Ray) made his initial visit and immediately resolved a leak issue quickly, and provided an estimate to replace three toilets for us. As agreed, he returned shortly after we had the toilets delivered. He was prompt, thorough, and fast, completing the job in just four hours.
