He did run into technical issue with replacement of universal cartridge fro shower head. So, he went beyond the work scope, contacted the manufacturer for additional instructions and is devoted to finish the work with success. Overall outstanding service. Service Rep (Ray) made his initial visit and immediately resolved a leak issue quickly, and provided an estimate to replace three toilets for us. As agreed, he returned shortly after we had the toilets delivered. He was prompt, thorough, and fast, completing the job in just four hours. He cleaned up the work areas and removed the three old toilets - all by himself. He is very strong. Strong, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. Thanks very much.
