Terrific design company. They work with you the entire way to ensure you are getting the product you want. The design they did for our backyard was exactly what we were looking for, and had many specifics thought out that if done on our own would probably be neglected. They even communicated with contractors on our behalf when materials were not up to the standard they thought necessary. We originally only had them design our backyard, but upon seeing the professional work that they produced, decided we would have our front yard done as well.

I chose the Hefner Design team for a turnkey backyard design project from bare dirt for our new house build. They were extremely responsive throughout the project and I got everything I wanted, based on what I presented them. I also had them serve as project administrators, and they found all contractors at prices within our budget. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the results and have gotten nothing but compliments. God willing, we will enjoy this backyard for many years to come.

Enjoyed my experience with Heffner Design. Andrew, Christian, and Aurora are what I call the "Dream Team" Andrew is very talented and was willing to listen to my ideas. Christian was patient and helpful when ever I wanted to make changes. It has been a long process but I feel they have hung in there with me and its going to be amazing. Project Demo begins February 25th, 2023.
