We had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Unique. Unique handled our whole yard: built our pool, backyard kitchen, firepit, pergola and front and backyard landscaping. Our experience started with Kevin, who took our vision and turned it into an amazing design. He was patient and worked with us on all of our requests. Kevin's vision took a relatively small backyard and utilized every square foot to turn a dirt patch into a beautiful outdoor living space. We received 2 other project quotes and concepts and Unique not only had the best design, but also the most competitive price. Before breaking ground, Chris (the owner), Kevin and other team members came out and walked through the yard to make sure all was set. The construction process was great. The team (led by Bart) was great. They were able to meet their promised schedule. Several neighbors had other companies and we were swimming well before our neighbors were. The quote came in almost spot on, and there was only one minor price change. The final product has been amazing and we couldn't be happier. Everyone who visits us marvels at our yard and how perfect it is. The warranty team has been very responsive to questions and any issues (very few) we have encountered so far.

Steve Marr, thank you for everything you did to help us design the yard we wanted. We certainly did not make it easy but you kept us going, working with us through many revisions. Your experience and guidance was key in the success of the project. Mike Amicarelli, thank you for managing us through the project. We threw alot of changes your way and you worked with us through each one, in some cases making sure that all of the ideas would not only look good but last. Chris Griffin, thank you for the continued support with the pool and the new equipment you and the team installed. In the end, we got the yard we designed and you were all responsive and patient - working through the design, construction and follow-up with us to make sure we got the back yard we envisioned.

Kevin from their design team was great. Really listened and took the time to come to our house and sketch things out. Also the building process was great with constant updates thru their web portal. Timeline was wonderful. 7 months start to finish in 2022 during pool build supply chain issues!!!
