Immediately I was greeted by the receptionist with a welcoming smile and attitude. It definitely made me feel comfortable, due to the fact this was my first visit. The dental hygienist was equally as welcoming and friendly as the receptionist.Very thorough and informative every step of the way during the process. I never had to wonder what she was doing in the process , she explained everything point by point. Obviously, kindness is contagious here. The doctor and the young lady that went over my insurance, were also very helpful and polite. I apologize for not remembering the names of the staff that cared for me. Nonetheless, thank you for such a pleasant experience. The rest of my day was better because of it.

it was my first time here and everything ran like a smooth oiled machine. it was quick and efficient and everybody was kind. i felt like they listed to my concerns and adjusted to fit them. they gave clear information about the charges before the procedure was started which let me work within my financial limits. im happy i found a great dental clinic.

I have been going to Burch Dental for quite a long time. The staff is always friendly and the Dentists are very knowledgeable, skilled and easy to talk to. I would recommend if you are afraid of going to the dentist that Burch Dental is the place to go to feel at ease.

I've been a client for many years now and have never had a bad experience! The hygienists have always been kind and thorough. Dr. Nguyen is the best! In addition to feeling they help me keep my dental hygiene in excellent condition....I feel like I'm catching up with friends every 6 months! I would (and have) highly recommended Rockford Dental Care to everyone.

The entire staff at Rockford Dental Care were very friendly, professional, and extremely courteous. The Dentist & hygienist that examing my mother was attentive and knowledgeable, which made my mother feel very comfortable recieving treatment. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

I had my four month cleaning appointment and couldn't have been more pleased. My new hygienist, Htwar, did a great job and was very professional. My wife and I have been going to Rockford Dental Care for over 35 years and have been very pleased with their dental care.

My experience with Gentle Family Dentistry was excellent. I went there for an consultation regarding whether or not implants would be possible. The dentist took his time to explain everything about implants, n the procedures required to get them. All my questions were acknowledged n answered. The staff is really nice as well. I would recommend Gentle Family Dentistry to anyone who's looking for a new dentist, a second opinion or any other problems related to your teeth.

I met with Lori today and she did amazing job and very welcoming. She also gave me tips and real best practices to stay on top of my teeth. Doctor was also great and honest. Thank you so much guys! You rock! Definitely will recommend you all to my friends and family.

I always appreciate my visits with Dr. K. They have a wonderfully calm and reassuring demeanor that instantly puts you at ease. Dr. K is also incredibly efficient, and I'm always pleased with the results of my implant dental work. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly positive dental experience!.
