What a wonderful office experience! My exam was through, staff was pleasant and efficient. Best of all they are willing to take care of emergency care. I left another well known Rockford office as they could not see me for days when I had an eye infection. I would highly recommend this office.

I had an excellent experience at Advanced Rockford Eye Care. The staff was friendly, efficient, and extremely attentive to every aspect of my care. They were also able to see me fast. Dr. Prorok definitely has herself a loyal customer from this day forward.

Very polite staff! I came 30 minutes early and they got me right back! No waiting time at all! Very thorough explanation of my personal sight issues. Great, talented staff! I made appointments for my kids now.

This was my first time at Primary EyeCare Centers - Edgebrook and only my second eye exam of my adult life. I had no issue getting an appointment right away that worked for my schedule. I printed the new patient paperwork at home and had it filled out when I arrived for my appointment which seemed to streamline the process. The entire staff made me feel welcome and I was extremely pleased with the service I received and the quality of my glasses. I also had no insurance and paid out of pocket and I did not feel any type of pressure when picking out my new glasses. I would definitely recommend them.

Very happy with the entire experience here. No waiting, everyone was friendly and helpful. Had fun picking out my glasses and the person helping me picked out great options to try on. Dr Abraham did a thorough eye exam. Highly recommend.

Had a very good experience! Received my glasses in a week which is great and I was very happy about ! Have some of the best doctors. The practice manager is very helpful and kind. Will be coming here again!.
