I have an old house. That being said, any time an electrician is needed the smallest issue could turn into something complex. I need a trusted electrician. My King's Electric experience began with the first phone call which is answered with a caring, warmth that seems to be long gone in today's world. They listen. When the appointment is scheduled a text/email is sent with the name, technician photo and confirmed time. The technician arrives in uniform (T-shirt with logo) ready to work, pleasant and professional. Work areas are treated with respect and covered with plastic if needed. After patiently listening to specifics of my job a very fair price was given and work began. End result is peace of mind that my house has been maintained by a top notch electrician. So five stars for King's Electric for customer support, professionalism and skill. BTW a problem misdiagnosed by another company was identified and corrected. I now TRUST King's Electric.
