Denisha is a true Customer Care person! She made sure I was happy with my rental and did everything possible to keep me as a customer. I appreciate her patience and follow through. I also dealt with Jasmine, who was very responsive to my needs and very pleasant. This company can be proud to have employees like these two ladies! They went the extra mile and is truly appreciated.

This is a great storage unit facility and very clean. Denisha was so kind and a great help checking me in and out with ease. Also, she went out of her way to help me find a dolly when people were hoarding two dolly’s at a time. I will definitely use them again in the future!.

I would like to give a personal thank you to Ms.danisha . Like always she very kind and customer friendly. Not to mention this property is very clean and reliable! I love Extra Space.

Here, resides the queen of the best customer service experience ever. Her name is Nicky and out of the many self service storages that we use throughout the state of Florida for our Telecom equipment (Cell Tower / 5G / Installation), Sentry remains on the top of our list as the exceptional customer service skills of Nicky comes through all the times in our behalf to make sure that everything is up to par for our company, 24/7.
