From the 1st contact to the completion of the work being done, everyone I came in contact with were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Chris came and looked at the roof and told me what he found. From my conversation and questions with Chris, I decided to go with Blues Brothers Roofing Company. Chris is extremely professional, on time and very direct with his answers and findings. Based on what I had been told, I felt very comfortable with what he said he founded from looking at our roof. I had the pleasure of working with BLUE BROTHERS ROOFING this week! 5 service! The people & processes were all easy to work with, professional, and pleasant! I called and spoke to the lovely office staff, then the manager Chris called me and arranged for a convenient appointment. He arrived personally, went up on the roof to inspect any broken tiles. He was thorough and quoted me a fair price!! The very next morning, the BLUE BROTHERS ROOFING crew arrived, and did a wonderful job repairing any broken tiles. Buying a new roof might be one of the largest remodeling/maintenance expenses a homeowner undertakes.When i determined that I needed a new roof I didnt pull a roofer off the web and go. I did my homework. I researched and looked into many roofers. The one that stood out and the one I ultimately picked was graboski roofing. I had no regrets. A total reroof is an expensive purchase. Graboski was not the cheapest proposal or the most expensive. I took a leap of faith based on my research and how they explained the proposed job. The job went just as promised. There was a waiting period while the tiles were arranged but once they were underway they move efficiently and cleanly. At the end of the project there were no surprises and their follow up on a minor issue was as good as one could expect. Of special note is the guy who became the face of grabowski roofing..Mike. He followed up and kept me well informed and I appreciate his involvement.
