It was 15 Below Zero outside and my Generac didn't start for the weekly test. The Red light was on. I couldn't manually start it. I called Can Duit Electrical near Byron, IL. A very knowledgeable Guy named "Rod", had it running less than 2 hours after I called! He knew what to look for. Our generator is next to the house on a hill getting snow crusted in the winter. I hadn't changed the battery for a few years and it wasn't strong enough, in a deep cold area, to get a strong start. He recommended the battery heater and oil heater for stronger winter starts. Also, I should change the oil annually. I would Highly recommend them for any standby generator work. Ed Smith
