I called Rich to help me fix a problem I had with a switched outlet, I had made the problem worse by un hooking all the wires in the outlet box. Rich listened patiently while I explained that I had now killed the power to several outlets and needed help to remedy my problem. He said he would try to fit me into his next series of service calls and he did just that. He sent Wes over within 2 days and Wes carefully figured out the proper sequece to re-connect the myriad of wires and got everything hooked up properly and everything works. Wes was amazing!
