Dunn Electrical Service

I contacted Dunn electric to get a home generator serviced that stopped working six months ago. They sent out a service tech the very next day. Sean, was able to get the generator up and running within minutes. He was punctual, polite, and professional. Sean was very thorough and walked me through many of the service needs of my generator, explaining to me what he was as he fixed it. I was very pleased with the service, and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a qualified, professional electrician.

We had Tony wire up our new range hood vent. He had to reposition the existing electrical outlet in order for the vent fan cord to reach. I would never have thought of doing this but it worked out great. We’ve been doing business with DES since 2021 and met Seth during that time. He serviced our previous home and now our current home. Seth and Allen came out today and did an extraordinary job. They’re always on time, kind, respectful of our home, gives an estimate, honest, and cleans up the work area after the installation. The quality of the work is superb and we appreciate them. Also, Mrs. Terri at the office is so kind and will reach out to a specific technician if you know their name. Dunn Electrical Service (DES) was recommended to us by a friend. I had previously seen their truck in our neighborhood, so between that and a friend's recommendation, I thought I'd give them a try and get an estimate. Customer service was evident with the first inquiry call, subsequent calls, and during our meeting with Sean, their service technician. Sean listened to what we wanted and discussed options; never once making us feel pressured. Sean's knowledge and skill was evident and greatly appreciated, and we were very comfortable having him in our home. Today was our first encounter and it won't be the last.
