All aspects of the process have been first class, from Harvey coming to evaluate our circuit breaker box for correct voltage for an EV charger, to the 2 guys that installed the hard wired charger, All were very knowledgeable and efficient. Installation took only 45 minutes, including cleanup. Waiting now for inspection. Then Triad will help with paperwork for Duke Energy Rebate. Highly recommend.

The installers were polite and their work was very professional. They completed the EV installation well ahead of my expectations. The first company told me they would have to cut a hole in my drywall but they would not fix it. Triad installers ONLY fished the cable through a clean small hole where they installed a junction box. Thank you Triad.
