Highly recommend purchasing flower arrangements from Bartlett Flowers! This was my first experience ordering a flower delivery online as a gift and it was such an easy process and experience. I made note of where I wanted the arrangement to be placed in my order notes and it was followed perfectly. The online tracking wasn’t extremely accurate so I called the store to confirm the arrangement was on it’s way before closing time. Not sure who I spoke to but they were very kind and informed me that the arrangement was on the truck and out for delivery. Would definitely shop here again.

What an amazing experience! I ordered flowers on line from out of state to have sent the same day to a good friend. They called because they wanted to confirm that I would be happy with the flowers they currently had for same day delivery as the ones I ordered were not in stock. They exceed my expectations in bringing some cheer to my best friend today. These are incredible and the customer service was amazing!!! I will order from them again and again! Thank you.

I placed a last minute flower delivery from Ambience for Valentines Day for myself and my daughters in Rocklin. The arrangement was gorgeous and exceeded my expectations. The flowers were so fragrant they filled my home with their lovely scent. They also lasted a solid week and then began to wilt, I simply removed the ones wilting giving the arrangement another week. They were gorgeous and I have since ordered another arrangement for my home. There is something special about fresh, fragrant flowers and Ambience has it dialed in to aesthetics and fragrance.

Excellent customer service, extremely professional and ORGANIZED, no issues or problems at all with Katie doing our event. It went perfectly and that was with me making some last minute changes and requests. Overall i think she made for us about 40 arrangements along with a very large arch arrangement. The owner and the staff were all such a pleasure to work with as well.

Ambience Floral created this stunningly beautiful terrarium-style glass garden for my daughter. She absolutely loves it.
