The staff are just epic. I needed to have my breakfast at 5:00 am. While the breakfast starts at 6:30 am, the staff were very friendly and welcoming specially when I mentioned the reasons. I came a couple of minutes earlier and I was welcomed with a warm sweet smile and total understanding. Did u know that Hyatt has disability guest roomsimagine.. I really appreciate their inclusive to everyone. June 23, 2 months from this review, I checked in and was about to get rest. All of a sudden I realized I should be somewhere else. I did not pick the right location. I went to the front desk asking for help. The ladies on the front desk were just epic going above and beyond to help. I am just so grateful for their kindness and empathyThe level of empathy was really unique. They were genuinely trying to find a solution for me since I have more than 2 hours of driving and it is getting dark. Feel so grateful to this team and can not thank them enough.

Our volleyball club used the Hyatt for our most recent travel tournament. Loved our stay, the room we had was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was hot, continuously topped off (they even served early!), and yummy. The gym and pool were clean. The location was fantastic, behind the Westfield mall and near eateries, it also felt like a super safe area. Thanks for the great stay.

BEST WESTERN PLUS ORCHID HOTEL & SUITES REVIEWS

The room is semiprivate with two tvs, which was perfect for my family. My children were excited to have their own side of the room and own tv set. The beds are comfortable, the shower was amazing with really good water pressure, staff was friendly, it was beautiful and felt safe. The complimentary breakfast also had a lot of options. Also, free WiFi and parking, can’t beat that! It is located near stores, restaurants, and downtown Roseville. I will definitely be back when visiting with family.

The room was clean and nice, and the hotel was taken care of as well with great amenities. The staff was absolutely amazing! The people at the front desk were so nice and helpful! We would 100% stay here again.

Very nice front desk staff. The room is nice and clean very roomy with a sitting area. Best part is the good water pressure in the shower.

HILTON GARDEN INN ROSEVILLE REVIEWS

It was quaint. I really like the location. Their comforter was super soft. I thought their “Zero,” products were super cute. How we checkout products in the cooler area could be better clarified, and it being pitch black in the parking lot at 7pm (Daylight Savings was today tho), are my only suggestions for improvement.

This hotel lobby & room were immaculate (like new)! The bed & bedding were extremely comfortable! And the Staff were all very friendly & helpful! They would greet me every time I came in the door, which made me feel welcomed & at home.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this lovely hotel. They have a great restaurant with a small bar, the ambiance is lovely. Prices are right for both rooms, food and drinks. They are also pet friendly. Convenient location as well.
