I was very impressed with the personal service that they gave us. Michael showed up on time and he was prepared for the job. He was actually able to get the door open in a matter of 15 seconds. He stayed for another five or 10 minutes and answered all her questions on other doors, and he would give us advice on how to fix on ourselves. I would definitely use him in the future and recommend him. His dad was great too. He arranged everything even though he was on vacation.

Jim, the owner, personally handled everything from buying the hardware, assuring it matched our tastes and needs, installing the lock sets, repairing another, making keys, etc. It was all done quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price.
